Changing a member's email address

If your association is utilizing MM Pro or MM Plus to manage your association's membership database, you have the ability to update a member's email address from your website's moderator control panel.

Step 1: From the Member Management tab of the control panel, search for the member by name to locate the record you are looking to edit.  From the Actions dropdown, choose the 'Edit user email address' option:

 

Step 2: Enter and confirm the new email address for the member. Please note that the member will need to confirm this change from their new email address account, before the change takes effect.

Please also note that if the member already has another account in the system under the email address you are attempting to change to, you will not be able to change their email address as it is already in use. In these cases, please contact our support team for further assistance.
