You can now create reusable templates for your pre/post tests, evaluations and your registration fields for your OnDemand programs.
New templates are created from the Settings tab of the control panel under Manage Form Templates (please see below).
Once a template is created and saved, you'll be able to utilize it upon creating your next OnDemand course by selecting the template from the dropdown presented to you in the posting process.

Step 1: From the Settings tab of the control panel, click 'Manage Form Templates'
Step 2: Click 'create template' to create a new template
Step 3: Select what type of template you're creating, name your template, and click 'Save and Continue'
Step 4: Begin creating your form as you normally would through the OnDemand posting process. Once you've completed and saved your form template, it will then be available to insert within your next OnDemand posting:
