We'll first need to confirm that you have a payment gateway account configured to your website. All credit card payments are processed through the gateway and deposited directly into your association’s bank account.

Event Ticketing FAQ's

How much does it cost to use Event Pro?

There are zero monthly fees, enrollments costs or setup fees. We charge a flat pay-for-performance fee of $5.00 per ticket you sell. Your association can absorb the cost of the ticket or you can choose to pass this fee along to the attendee at checkout. Event ticketing fees are charged 24 hours after the end date of your event (ticket fees do not include payment gateway charges).

Will you help us post our Conference?

Yes, even though your website offers a simple way to post and manage events and conferences, we’re always available to ensure that your event is set up properly.
