If your association has hosted OnDemand CE Activities through your association's website, you can easily download and send a couse certificate to any learner who has completed a CE program and was issued a certificate:&nbsp;
Step 1: From the OnDemand Activites manager page for the particular course, select 'View' within the Registrations section:

Step 2: Locate the learner and click the 'Actions' dropdown to the right of their activity profile and then click 'Resend completion confirmation email' which will include a link to their certificate. Or you can choose the option to 'Download certificate' and send this to them directly, outside of the platform:
