We currently don't provide this level of support. To refund a membership transaction you must visit your payment gateway directly to refund the amount back on the credit card, or if you prefer, mail a refund check directly to the member. Below are instructions for processing refunds for 3 commonly used gateways:

Please contact your gateway provider directly with any questions about the refund process.
If you do process a refund make sure to adjust the access/status of the member on your website from the Actions dropdown to the right of their name, within the Member Management section of the control panel.
