Invite your contacts/followers to become paid members

Use the 'Invite Followers and Non-Followers to Become Members' tool to invite non-members to join your association!

(please note: this resource is only available to associations using MM Pro as their member management, to collect and manage dues through the website)

Getting Started:

As long as you are logged in and have moderator access you can access the "Invite Followers and Non-Followers to Become Members" tool in the Post and Manage tab of the control panel.

Upon arriving at this section, if you notice that your association has automated monthly membership marketing emails enabled, please contact our support team to temporarily disable this automation to allow you to send custom membership invites.

Select a marketing list you have imported or copy and paste new email addresses manually. You may add a custom message to deliver a branded 'invite' email to your contacts.

Marketing List: once you have sent an 'Invite to Become a Member' email, the email addresses on your list will automatically get added to your marketing list, allowing you to include this list on subsequent event invites, annoucement broadcasts and messages sent from your website.

Additionally, once someone on your marketing list joins or follows your website, their respective email address will automatically be removed from the marketing list, since they're now part of your member / follower database.
