If your association is using Member Management Pro (MM Pro) to manage and collect membership dues through your website, you can easily update your membership benefits statement (which is included in your automated monthly membership marketing emails to non-members) and your welcome message (which is automatically included in the membership activation email sent to members upon joining / renewing).
Step 1: From the Settings tab of the Moderator Control Panel, click 'Manage Membership Settings':
Step 2: From the Membership Configuration screen, edit your membership benefits and click 'Save configuration'.
To edit your welcome message, click 'edit' to the right of each respective membership tier your association offers (you can customize different welcome messages per member type/tier or provide the same welcome message for all tiers):
Step 3: Tier setting options allow you to:
-edit the tier name
-edit the tier description
-provide a welcome message to new members
-provide a alternative welcome message to renewing members
Hit 'Save membership tier' once changes have been made and follow suit for any additional tier setting changes.
