There currently isn't a way for your association to manage notification preferences on behalf of your members/website followers. Instead, each email sent from your website contains a link to unsubscribe/manage notification preferences.
Additionally, your members/website followers can manage their notification preferences from the below section of their account manager ('My Home').
If a member/website follower has asked to unsubscribe from receiving your association's email communication, please direct them to the below sections where they can manage these settings, or you can provide us with their name/email address and we'll be happy to help.
Please note that we have organized the type of email communication sent from your website in the following categories:
-announcements
-events
-messages
-membership invitations
This provides more options for members/website followers when managing their notification settings and will help retain as much communication with your members as possible (given that they're able to receive certain types of communication vs. opting out completely).
