If your association is using MM Pro to manage and grow your membership, and a member pays for membership 'off-site' via cash, check, Venmo or another point-of-sale method, you can manually activate their membership using the following tool:
Step 1: Within the Member Management tab of the Moderator Control Panel, locate the member by searching by their name or email address. From the Actions dropdown to the right of their name, select 'Manually Activate membership'.

Step 2: Update the member's membership tier, payment method, activation date, and payment memo.
Please Note:
- if the activation date is prior to the member's natural expiration date, the expiration date goes unchanged (because they are renewing on time)
- if the activation date is after the member's activation date, it will change their future expiration date to one full year from the activation date
- upon activating the membership, the member will automatically receive an automated receipt/order, your welcome message, and their membership card, via email
