When someone completes your membership application but doesn't checkout we list them in the pending payment section of your membership management tab/dashboard. We provide you with their contact information as well as a way to send a secure message directly through your website.
There are numerous reasons why someone doesn't checkout and we encourage you to reach out to everyone pending payment to determine what may have happened. This process will lead to increased conversions and more members.
Example Message to a pending payment membership:
Hello Andy,
We noticed that you completed our membership application 5 days ago but never checked out. We're reaching out to let you know we're here if you need support or have any questions. We're looking forward to your membership in our organization.
