Help Center- Membership performance stats are a beta tool were developing to provide your organization with robust reporting allowing you to easily measure your + or - for membership. Currently, we offer the reporting for the below data points:
- Active Members on the first day of the month
- Active Members on the last day of the month
- % Change in membership for the month
- Reinstated Membership <Lapsed for >45 days prior to activation>
- Lapsed
- Cancellations
By having access to these #s you are able to determine if you growing or not and where your gains or losses are. All of the reports above are able to be segmented by membership tier or all members.
We're currently in the development of beautiful month-end, quarterly, and YTD reports as well as working to help you calculate more important measurement datasets.
